Smooth and elegant, our whisky is easy-going and delicious however you drink it, with flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice. All free pouch orders will be shipped using untracked Royal Mail post so will take a little longer to reach you than our regular orders.

Our whisky is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. Our gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop our spirit’s signature body and sweetness.

HOW TO DRINK ME
Tear the cardboard corner, then snip the inner pouch with a pair of scissors, and pour your whisky from the corner into your favourite glass to serve however you like! We like a Whisky Six: 2 parts Nc’nean to 4 parts Soda Water over plenty of ice, topped with a sprig of fresh mint.
