In this extraordinary time, we’ve removed all our UK shipping charges so you can more easily get our Botanical Spirits delivered. We dispatch our products with Royal Mail or DPD for most of the UK and local couriers for the Highlands and Islands. You should receive your products within 3 working days of placing your order. Please allow 4-5 days for Highlands and Islands deliveries. If you need your order urgently, please let us know in the comments box.
At the moment, our products are only available for shipping within the UK. We are currently working on setting up European shipping, so please email us if you are interested (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you have not received your goods within 14 days of placing an order, please contact us at email@example.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS (please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information)
If you wish to cancel or return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us that you wish to return your order within this period, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition, with tampers and seals on bottles intact and in their original packaging, within 14 days of the date you notify us. Return postage or shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will refund the purchase including the original shipping cost within 14 days of you returning the goods, to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
We cannot provide refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.
We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if you have provided incorrect information when ordering.
If goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, or the wrong item was dispatched, then please let us know as soon as possible and within 30 days by emailing email@example.com or calling 01967 421698. Please take photographs of any damage. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods. If you need to return goods that are damaged or faulty, we will refund you the cost of return. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them at the distillery.
